You should try a FloatRun Harness…it gets your arms and posture in perfect position and then everything else simply follows.

I changed the lacing pattern to make my foot feel better, and they feel GREAT. I might have put a little too much mileage on them as I ran the last pair through the fall and winter, but they held up well ( I never buy new shoes in the winter ) . Great Shoe, might be my new go to shoe ( if they do not DIS CONTINUE THEM AHEM Asics )

All these GT shoes seem to be ” more cheaply ” made than before. I doubt there is gel in the front and after breaking it in it’s just OK.

The first run in them just didn’t go well. But after a few weeks I gave the V4 another evaluation and to my surprise I enjoyed the ride. By the third run the ride and transition felt smooth. The only real ding against this shoe is the weight.
